Hand Painted Clover on Red-Purple Pendant

While clover leaves are often symbolized more than the flowers themselves,
the clover flower is absolutely wonderfully sweet.

It is an early spring blossom and late fall bloom in many places. Providing sustenance for pollinators in a time when there are not so many options.

Happening upon a clover patch feels quite lucky and their blooms remind of warm days spent in the outdoors -
perhaps reading a book on a blanket, picnicing with loved ones or simply exploring nature's beauty.

These sweet clovers remind me of the luck and the hope of the clover.
A lovely reminder of good whenever the bearer needs it.

This particular pendant has a dark red/purple background on which pops the purples, pinks and whites of the blossom framed by green grass.

I hand painted this pendant using acrylic paints on a bamboo bead that is 1.5 inches high.
A much smaller canvas than my other larger signs but lovely all the same!

The painted portion was finished with a clear topcoat.
The pendant hangs on a 24 inch antique copper chain.

This would make a wonderful gift for someone who loves clovers in particular but flowers in general -
or as a gift of fortune and hope for them.
